SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please expect your items to be shipped within 24-48 hours. All shipping options are displayed at check out, and may change from time to time. If there are an significant delays in processing, or if we are out of town, we will inform you as soon as possible. If a product is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can issue a claim and ship a new product as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you would like to request a return. All items are subject to a 30 day return period. We might ask that you send us your product in a prepaid envelope while we prepare to either replace or refund your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that is was in when you received it.
Shovelwax reserves the right to refuse any refund or return or exchange if the product in question has been abused or otherwise devalued by the customer.
